We’re proud to officially open our second training location: MTKO 2, located at Carlingwood through our partnership with Power Muscle & Fitness.
This new facility is fully equipped and gives us the opportunity to expand our programs while offering our members access to an exceptional training environment. From martial arts training to fitness and conditioning, everything is in place to help our community grow stronger.
Opening this second location also allows us to establish a stronger presence in the west end of Ottawa and create more opportunities for training, learning, and community involvement.
The growth of MTKO has always been driven by one thing: our members.
