ARE YOU THE PERSON YOU DEMAND OTHERS TO BE?

Often in life we have incredibly high expectations from others, but do we apply it to ourselves.

·       You hate when people are late but are tardy yourself

·       You judge others for being unhealthy but take poor care of your health

·       You are critical about the behavior of others but behave similarly

·       You expect the best from your friends but don’t follow through the same way

·       You demand to be treated with respect but can be disrespectful to others

·       You require people to be polite to you can act rude

·       You demand equality but have biases you can’t escape

·       You criticize others for not chasing their dreams but stay in your comfort zone

·       You want people to accommodate you but your are inflexible for others

In many ways we hold others to standards that we fail to exemplify in our own life.

Most of those are leaning towards the negative, which is harmful.

However, I am more concerned with what you will give to others but not to yourself.

·       You constantly forgive others but not yourself.

·       You give everything you have but do not expect it for yourself

·       You are kind and loving but feel unworthy of receiving it

·       You make excuses for others but never cut yourself any slack

·       You appreciate the efforts of others but judge yourself harshly

·       You give time to those who would not give you the time of day

·       You care for others but not yourself

·       You empathize with others while they are cold or cruel

·       You make excuses for others but only criticize yourself

·       You apologize for things you need not

·       You understand people being afraid but call yourself a coward

None of these are good.

Your energy and output needs to match what you expect AND what you receive.

Maintain a consistency in vibrations you put out to the universe.

Faith in yourself and faith in those who surround you.

Your VIBE establishes your TRIBE.

Empower others and yourself.

Give and accept love.

Be kind to yourself and others.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

As a brilliant woman once said:

“And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others.”

Our Deepest Fear
